If you are a parent

Your username and password are provided at the beginning of the academic year.

If you already used PRONOTE last year, your username and password remain the same.

You can change your password by logging into Pronote and going to the Mes données > Compte parent menu.

Once you change your password, it will be masked and we will no longer have access to it.

If you are a pupil

What to do if you forget or lose your username or password:
If your parents have access to Pronote, they can give you a new password by going to the Mes données > compte enfant menu.

You can then change your password.

I have forgotten my password

If you forget or lose your username or password, you can request a new one via the contact form:

• I am a parent
• I am a pupil (codes will be sent to the email address of your legal guardian).
